Friday, October 1, 2021
- 8:00 AM Meet at Fontana Superchargers for check-in. Leave at 9:30am. Arrive early for charging.
- 2nd Checkpoint Baker Superchargers, while in Baker we will take a break for restrooms, lunch and regroup.
- 3rd Checkpoint Jean, NV for regroup. Drive along old Las Vegas Blvd for video footage.
- 4th Checkpoint Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Check into Hotel.
Saturday October 2, 2021
- 10:00 AM meet at Planet Hollywood/Miracle Mile Shops parking structure for a cruise to Valley of Fire State Park (1 car entry included in registration). We will have stops and regroup before, inside and after the Valley of Fire cruise. Expect 3-3.5 hours for this drive to and from the strip. Please come with 200 miles of charge.
- Evening Executive BBQ Buffet Dinner at Planet Hollywood's London Club.
- After party at Cabaret Lounge inside Planet Hollywood.
- Pass to Dinner and After Party is included with your registration. Additional dinner and after party passes are available at a discounted $100/person. See registration form.
FAQ:
- How much is it? Registration is $250 per car/driver. This is gives access to the rally, entrance to Valley of Fire State Park, Saturday night dinner and access to the afterparty. You can purchase an extra pass for dinner/after party at a discounted rate of $100 each.
- Is there any refunds? No refunds once payments have been made. We have to pay all the vendors upfront for dinner/party venues, merchandise, media team, etc...
- Will the range of my Tesla make it? Yes, we have done dry runs (with AC and music on) and scouting prior to launching the registration. Fontana to Baker is 129 miles, Baker to Vegas is 88 miles, Valley of Fire round trip is 130 miles. Even if you have a standard range model with 220 miles, your Tesla will make it to the check points and round trip Valley of Fire cruise
- Will we stop at Tesla Superchargers? Yes, we will start at the Fontana Superchargers and Baker Superchargers. In Las Vegas there are 4 locations (1. South Strip, 2. Behind Linq Hotel, 3. Vegas Outlets, 4. Downtown Vegas).
- Can I bring a spouse or kids? Yes, this is a fun family friendly event. You can purchase additional dinner party tickets when registering. If you have a child 12 and under we can arrange a child's menu different from the buffet.
- Where will we stay? The organizers will be staying at Planet Hollywood due to the location of the Dinner and After Party Venue. We will have exclusive discount codes for everyone to use once you have registered.
- How long will is the Rally? The Rally will start on Friday, October 1, 2021 9:30AM. We will drive (with stops for lunch/charging) and arrive in Las Vegas. The next day we will meet up for a cruise to Valley of Fire. In the evening have bought out the London Club for a buffet dinner and after party at the Cabaret Lounge. For hotel reservations, we recommend a Friday check-in and a Sunday check-out.
- Will there be a car meet or Tesla meet in Las Vegas? No, this year instead of hosting/arranging a car meet, we decided to do a longer Tesla cruise with an dinner and afterparty to give you guy the "Vegas" experience.
- I can't meet at Fontana, can I check in at other locations? Yes, you can check in at any of the 4 stops we have planned on Friday. Please let one of the of the organizers/promoters know so we can make arrangements for you.
- How fast do we drive? This is not a race, we recommend everyone to obey all speed limits. The media team will be driving along the side of us for footage and will not drive past the speed limits. You are responsible for all traffic violation citations.
